Heike (59) works as a property manager in building cleaning and mediates daily between customers, company management and cleaning staff. After attempting to poach an unofficial worker from an important subcontractor, contrary to regulations, the subcontractor threatens to stop helping unless he gets more hours and turnover. In order to meet the demands, Heike finds herself increasingly caught between her responsibility towards her own employees and the conditions of the low-wage sector.
